SynerData is seeking a highly skilled Head Chef to lead its fine dining kitchen in Almada, Portugal. You will craft menus, mentor a dedicated team, and uphold the highest standards of quality and presentation.

The role requires at least 5 years as Head Chef in a premium setting, a culinary degree or equivalent, and strong leadership. Competitive salary with health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development are offered.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant.
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of international cuisines cooking techniques and flavor profiles.
• Ability to create new dishes while also maintaining traditional favorites on the menu.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and develop menus that reflect the restaurants concept and showcase local ingredients.
• Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen including food preparation cooking and plating.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper storage and rotation of food products.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with restaurant management to continually improve processes and offerings.
