EuroTech is seeking a skilled Sous Chef for our Almada restaurant. You will work closely with the Head Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure the highest quality food for customers. Creative leadership and passion for cooking are essential to maintain our standards.

You will plan menus with the Head Chef, train staff, monitor quality, manage inventory, and ensure food safety. Flexibility for weekends and strong Portuguese/English communication are valued.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Excellent knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calmness and efficiency.
• Attention to detail in food preparation, plating and presentation.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices.
• Good communication skills in Portuguese; English is a plus.
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends.
