Nadara is seeking an Operations Controller for its new South Europe Control Centre based in Lisbon. You will join a 24/7 team responsible for real-time monitoring, grid and market integration support, and emergency response for wind and solar assets across Europe.

This frontline role ensures safety, regulatory compliance, and performance optimisation. The job requires working a rotating 24/7 shift schedule, including nights and weekends, with a focus on reliability and cross-functional

Qualificações

Technical diploma or equivalent in electrical, mechanical, renewable energy or automation fields.
Availability to work in a 24/7 rotating shift pattern, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
Good IT skills and ability to work with control centre software and tools.
Proactive, reliable and able to stay focused under pressure.
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

Real-time monitoring and control of wind and solar assets using SCADA and other platforms.
Supervision and control of real-time operations, outages, curtailments, and plant coordination.
Execute remote commands to ensure performance and safety.
Represent the Control Centre with external entities and maintain relationships with operators and engineers.
Identify anomalies, alarms, and faults and escalate as needed.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for incident handling and forecasts.
Maintain shift handover documentation and ensure clear communication between teams.
