Galp seeks an OT Engineer to join the Renewables, New Businesses & Innovation unit, developing a diversified portfolio of solar and wind energy in Iberia. The role centers on on-site OT equipment, data flow, and real-time monitoring within PMS, Galp's Power Monitoring System, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

The candidate will evolve OT assets, ensure data integrity for real-time/historical analysis, and support Control Center continuity.

Qualificações

• Graduation in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication, Computer Sciences or related field.
• At least 3 years in Renewables sector.
• Experience with OEM SCADA systems.
• Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols (IEC-60870-5-101, IEC-60870-5-104, MODBUS, OPC-UA, DNP, OPC DA/OPC XML).
• OT cybersecurity experience.
• Excellent communication across cultures.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as focal point for on-site OT equipment and data flow.
• Evolve OT equipment to maximize plant productivity.
• Collaborate on integrating assets ensuring data integrity.
• Maintain continuity of Control Center applications, comms and systems.
• Design and implement system functionalities with high technical background.
• Generate periodic reports and coordinate with OEM SCADA and OT suppliers.
• Ensure real-time control systems analysis and incident resolution.
• Maintain operational data integrity for real-time and historical analysis.
