Nadara in Lisbon is seeking a Grid Connection Manager to lead Portugal grid-connection activities for renewables, from feasibility to final agreements, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective interface with REN and DSOs.

You will define electrical design scope for HV/MV systems, coordinate with internal teams, manage stakeholder relations, and support procurement with technical specifications, driving standardized, robust designs across multiple projects.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 5–6+ years of experience in grid connection or electrical engineering within the Portuguese energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of REN transmission rules, DSO processes, ERSE regulation, and related stakeholders.
• Experience with grid-connection applications, network studies, and technical submissions to REN/DSOs.
• Excellent communication skills with internal teams, external partners, regulators, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Proficient in MS Office and technical engineering tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the full grid-connection process in Portugal from initial assessment to final agreement.
• Engage with REN, DSOs, municipalities, regulators, consultants to secure compliant solutions.
• Identify early-stage risks related to grid capacity, curtailment, and regulatory constraints.
• Define electrical layout for HV and MV systems across feasibility to executive design.
• Support procurement with technical specifications and interface with equipment manufacturers.
