Nadara in Lisbon is seeking an Operations Controller to join the new South Europe Control Centre to monitor Nadara’s wind and solar assets across Europe, ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires rotating 24/7 shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays, with collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain continuous operations and optimise performance.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Technical diploma or equivalent in electrical, mechanical, renewable energy or automation fields.
• Willingness to work a 24/7 rotating shift including nights and holidays.
• Good IT skills and ability to work with control centre software and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Real-time monitoring of wind and solar assets using SCADA and remote management platforms.
• Supervision and control of real-time operations, responding to stoppages and coordinating works.
• Coordinate with grid operators and internal teams to ensure safety and performance.
• Record events, alarms and interventions; support maintenance scheduling.
• Follow HSEQ policies and regulatory procedures.
