Nadara is seeking a Grid Manager for Portugal to lead all grid connection activities from feasibility to final agreement, working across multiple projects with REN and DSOs. The Grid Manager Portugal is responsible for leading all grid connection activities for Nadara Group’s renewable energy projects in Portugal, from early stage feasibility to final connection agreements. The role ensures full compliance with Portuguese regulatory frameworks, coordinates technical interfaces with the national TSO (REN) and DSOs (EDP Distribuição, Iberdrola, etc.), and provides strategic guidance on electrical design, permitting constraints, and connection risks across multiple projects.
Secure, compliant, and cost‑effective grid‑connection solutions for Nadara’s Portuguese portfolio. Early identification and mitigation of grid‑related risks. Standardized and technically robust electrical designs across projects. Strong relationships with Portuguese regulators, TSOs, DSOs, and industry stakeholders.

Salary range: 60K-70K + variable bonus and benefits
The compensation range indicated in the job posting represents an estimated average range for the position. The final remuneration will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills and qualifications, in accordance with EU pay transparency.
