Nadara is seeking an Operations Controller for its Lisbon-based South Europe Control Centre. You will monitor wind and solar assets 24/7, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance and performance optimisation across Europe.

The role requires rotating shifts, collaboration with plant management, and timely handling of incidents and faults. Ideal candidates have a technical diploma in electrical/mechanical/renewable energy or automation, strong IT skills, and fluent English.

Qualificações

• Technical diploma or equivalent in electrical, mechanical, renewable energy or automation fields.
• Availability to work a 24/7 rotating shift pattern, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Good IT skills and ability to work with control centre software and tools.
• Proactive, reliable and able to stay focused under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Real‑time monitoring of wind and solar assets using SCADA and other remote management platforms.
• Supervision and control of real‑time operation and performance; act on stoppages and orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure safety and compliance.
• Provide energy production forecasts and maintain shift handover documentation.
• Log data and document interventions using SCADA and EAM systems.
