About the Role

We are seeking a Project & Operations Coordinator to support the delivery of programs carried out by Polska z Natury. You will help structure projects, coordinate work plans and budgets, liaise with suppliers and partners, and support the smooth delivery of campaigns and programs. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with project coordination experience who wants to grow their skills in program delivery, impact measurement, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Support & Coordination
    • Assist in building work plans, schedules, and budgets under guidance from senior staff.
    • Track project progress, timelines, and finances, providing updates to senior team members.
    • Coordinate resources across teams, partners, and suppliers to support project delivery.
    • Help implement campaign plans.
  • Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Support
    • Support monitoring of project KPIs, outputs, and timelines.
    • Assist with implementing processes reporting.
    • Contribute to the preparation of reports, case studies, and learning outputs.
  • Financial & Resource Support
    • Help maintain accurate financial tracking and project documentation.
    • Assist with billing and recording project expenses.
    • Support communication with suppliers, partners, and funders under guidance.
  • Collaboration & Improvement
    • Work with teams, suppliers, and partners.
    • Suggest ideas for tools or methods to improve efficiency, with support from senior staff.

  • Good level of English / Fluent Polish
