About the job Senior Software Engineer (AI/ML)

For our client, we are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to drive the next generation of intelligent, accessible technology.

About the Role

In this role, you will lead the design, deployment, and scaling of advanced AI and machine learning systems that power automated accessibility testing, intelligent analysis, and new product capabilities aimed at promoting digital equality.

You will act as a senior technical leader architecting robust, ethical, and production-ready solutions while mentoring peers and setting engineering best practices for ML deployment at scale.

The Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of proven experience in machine learning or AI engineering, with hands-on expertise deploying models in production environments.
• Expert‑level Python developer (5+ years) with strong knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience with scalable ML infrastructure and backend engineering (API design, cloud integrations, ML workflow support).
• Familiarity with data engineering tools such as AWS Glue, Athena, or Spark.
• Deep understanding of model lifecycle management from training and evaluation to deployment and monitoring.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in Computer Vision or NLP
• Hands‑on with Docker & AWS
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and practices
