Clinical Psychologist or Counselor - Canada (French Fluency) – Remote

Maven Clinic is a virtual clinic focused on women and families, delivering clinically evidence-based care across fertility, maternity, parenting, and menopause. We are expanding our provider network to serve members worldwide and are seeking a mission-driven clinician to join our remote care team in Canada.

• Provide virtual care and support to adult members via 40-minute video consults and asynchronous messaging
• Address topics including adoption, surrogacy, fertility, egg freezing, loss, return-to-work; anxiety and mood concerns; work-life balance; and parent/family coaching
• Document encounter summaries in our practice management system (MPractice)
• Collaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team to ensure member needs are met, including referrals and follow-ups
• Represent Maven’s care model with culturally humble, evidence-based care

• Master’s degree in counseling and successful completion of the relevant exam
• Fluency in French and English
• Ability to work independently without a licensed supervisor (no current, past, or pending disciplinary action)
• Based in Canada
• Available for direct member care about 3–5 hours per week. This is a part-time 1099, independent contractor role
• Empathetic, culturally humble care; strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Passion for women’s and family health

• Flexibility: Meet with members virtually when convenient
• Practice expansion: Supplement your practice via Maven’s secure telehealth platform; care via video and private messaging
• Participation in activities such as moderating community forums, leading member classes, writing or reviewing educational articles
• In-person referrals to your practice
• Training & events: Optional Maven-sponsored lectures, panels, and other speaking opportunities
