As a Finance Analyst within our Supplier Data Management team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate supplier data and ensuring smooth processes within our Oracle Finance system. You’ll act as the main point of contact for supplier account creation, data verification, and issue resolution — supporting both internal teams and external partners.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Create and maintain supplier accounts in Oracle, ensuring all information is accurate, compliant, and up to date.
  • Communicate with internal employees and external suppliers via email and phone to confirm data accuracy and resolve any issues.
  • Support the corporate credit card reconciliation process as a back-up when needed.
  • Collaborate closely with the global Finance team to ensure supplier records meet company standards.
  • Help identify opportunities to simplify and improve supplier data management processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when managing sensitive financial information.
  • Deliver excellent service and timely responses to internal and external stakeholders.
What You'll Bring:
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with confidence handling email and phone correspondence.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
  • University degree (or equivalent) preferred — ideally in Philology, Linguistics, Finance, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Oracle or other ERP systems is an advantage, but training will be provided.
