Aviation SAFe Product Owner — Lead Lean-Agile Delivery
Job summary
A leading aerospace technology firm is hiring a SAFe Product Owner to join their team in Gdańsk, Poland. This role requires a minimum of three years of experience in product ownership, solid knowledge in software engineering, and a background in the aviation industry. The successful candidate will lead agile principles, collaborate closely with development teams, and bridge operational needs with user stories. Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Product Owner or equivalent.
- Solid experience in Software engineering.
- Solid experience in Aviation industry, notably Flight Operations or Crew Planning.
Responsibilities
- Lead deployment of Lean-Agile principles.
- Work closely with the development team on User Stories.
- Ensure NAVBLUE processes bridge the gap between recommendations and practices.
