Senior Guidewire Developer @ Moondigo Sp. z o.o.

Location: Toruń, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, Polska

We’re looking for an experienced Guidewire Developer to join our team and work on projects for clients from the insurance and technology sectors in Scandinavia. You’ll be part of a dynamic, international environment, taking on a technical leadership role – mentoring mid-level and junior developers, enforcing best coding practices, and driving software development processes.

Recruitment Process

• HR Interview – 20 minutes
• Technical Interview – 30 minutes
• Client Interview (Final) – 1 hour

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Guidewire modules, primarily PolicyCenter or ClaimCenter or BillingCenter or Integrations
• Review and write code (Java/Gosu), ensure test coverage and code quality
• Integrate Guidewire with external systems
• Lead DevOps processes, CI/CD automation, and best engineering practices
• Support recruitment efforts for technical team members
• Participate in occasional business trips (once per quarter)

Requirements

• Min +5 years of experience as a software Guidewire developer
• Strong commercial experience with Guidewire, especially ClaimCenter or PolicyCenter or BillingCenter or Integrations
• Proficiency in Java and/or Guidewire
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and CI/CD workflows
• Fluent English – essential for working in international teams
• Openness to occasional travel
