Job description

Role Type: Technical PM / Hybrid (PM, BA, PC, SA)

Location: Remote (Poland)

We are looking for a Senior System Integration Consultant to join our Global Tax Technology team. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role within the Sightline Integrations project portfolio.

We are not looking for a typical administrator. We need a "Swiss Army Knife"—a professional who combines the strategic mindset of a Product Manager, the analytical skills of a Business Analyst, and the technical depth of a System Analyst.

If you have a background in C#/.NET, understand the software development lifecycle inside out, and are ready to lead complex integration projects for the PwC Sightline platform—this is the role for you.

The Role Overview
  • Context: You will work across a portfolio of projects, primarily focusing on building and integrating applications with the Sightline platform.
  • Flexibility: The role requires adaptability—you may manage the entire portfolio or deep‑dive into specific projects as needed.
  • Working Hours: Standard European business hours (09:00–17:00) with required flexibility to collaborate with US‑based stakeholders (availability in late afternoon/evenings required periodically).
Key Responsibilities

You will wear four hats to ensure successful delivery:

  • Manage the product delivery and co‑create the roadmap.
  • Advise the Business/Product Owner on optimal solutions.
  • Manage releases and coordinate deployments.
  • Harvest and clarify requirements from Business/Product Owners.
  • Translate business needs into backlog items and groom features.
  • Assess risks and ensure alignment on priorities.
  • Maintain the project backlog and plan development iterations.
  • Coordinate workflows between QA and DEV teams.
  • Monitor progress, report on status, and manage project risks.
  • Leverage your technical background to support the Dev Lead and Architect.
  • Ensure the technical quality of the built solutions meets standards.
We Offer
  • Rate: 100–150 PLN/h (depending on experience).
  • Remote Work: 100% remote role.
  • Impact: Opportunity to work on high‑profile Global Tax Technology projects.
  • Environment: A mature, international technical environment.
  • Experience: 10+ years overall in IT/Software projects.
  • Technical Background: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Programmer (C#/.NET is a strong advantage).
  • Role Experience: Proven track record in leading, managing, or coordinating IT projects.
  • Global Mindset: Experience working in international environments and communicating directly with business stakeholders/end‑users.
  • Language: Advanced English (C1/C2) – written and spoken is a must.
  • Solid understanding of Product Lifecycle Management and IT Service Management.
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, problem analysis, and clarification.
  • Ability to draft high‑level solutions (Solutioning).

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure or DevOps practices.
  • Certificates: PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master/Product Owner.
