Job summary
An international recruitment firm is seeking a Recruitment & Mobility Manager to source candidates globally with a focus on Europe. This role allows for complete flexibility in working hours and location. Ideal candidates will have over a year of recruitment experience and strong sourcing skills, preferably with multilingual capabilities. Excellent commission fees are offered for successful hires, fostering a multicultural team environment.

- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
- Freelance hiring experience is a plus.
- Able to generate and utilize your own candidate network.
- Proven ability to find profiles in specific markets.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates for open roles worldwide.
- Present candidates for client selection processes.
- Identify candidate-role matches effectively.
- Participate in weekly team coordination meetings.
Skills
- Sourcing of candidates for all of our open roles worldwide (focus on Europe)
- Presenting candidates for the selection process with the client
- Efficiently identify which candidate matches which roles and able to sell the right role to the right candidate
- Utilize your own sourcing channels and network as baseline to source
- Participate in weekly coordination and best practice exchange meetings with the rest of the Team
- +1 year of Recruitment experience at minimum
- Freelance hiring experience is a big plus
- You have, or are able to generate, your own network of candidates given the right roles
- Experienced sourcer adept at finding profiles in specific markets
- Multilingual skills are strongly preferred (Polish or others)
- C1 English skills
- Interested to work on a commission-based model per hire
- Excellent commission fee for each candidate you source and send us that is validated and hired
- Ability to work from anywhere
- Completely flexible working hours according to your needs
