Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of one or more SAP EWM implementations within the Deployment track
• Develop and maintain detailed implementation plans based on the agreed execution model
• Oversee day-to-day project execution, ensuring milestones, deliverables, quality and budget are met
• Proactively identify project risks, manage dependencies and provide clear mitigation and back-to-green actions
• Act as the main coordination point between central IT teams and local teams in China
• Provide regular, structured status reporting to stakeholders
• Ensure the business is ready for execution, go-live and operations
• Manage project resources and support effective cross-team collaboration
• Ensure proper handover to operations and maintenance teams after hypercare
• Maintain complete and up-to-date project documentation (plans, reports, risk logs)

Qualifications

• Proven track record as an IT Project Manager, supported by documentation and references
• Solid understanding of SAP EWM and its role within the broader IT and manufacturing landscape
• Experience managing technology or manufacturing implementation projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and drive execution
• Willingness and availability to travel to China when required
• Experience working in international, cross-cultural environments
• Experience with SAP solutions beyond EWM
• Previous experience leading cross-functional, international teams
• Exposure to large-scale manufacturing or supply chain programs
