Job description

• Location: 100% remote
• Rate: 150–170 PLN/h (B2B with Experis)

Tasks

• Gather and refine requirements with Backend, Frontend, and QA teams to ensure pipelines meet technical and regulatory expectations.
• Uphold quality and compliance through code reviews, best practices, and documentation.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD infrastructure for macOS build agents, including provisioning, updates, caching, and security hardening.
• Build and maintain mobile CI/CD pipelines for iOS/Android using Fastlane for signing, versioning, testing, and releases.
• Design and operate desktop CI/CD pipelines for macOS, Windows, and Linux, including code signing, packaging, and artifact publishing.
• Design and optimize Azure DevOps workflows with YAML pipelines, templates, approvals, and environments.
• Deliver Kubernetes application releases using ArgoCD, including App‑of‑Apps patterns and sync strategies.
• Implement automated quality gates and test automation (unit, integration, E2E, static/dynamic analysis, dependency scanning).
• Deploy and upgrade Kubernetes workloads, manage Helm charts, and implement blue/green and canary rollout strategies.
• Manage artifact repositories such as JFrog Artifactory.
• Handle secrets and signing keys with tools like Key Vault or Vault, enforce RBAC, image scanning, and policy-as-code.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with engineering teams.
• Strong Git knowledge and adherence to best practices.
• Experience with app builds and monorepo strategies.
• Expertise with Fastlane for mobile pipelines and desktop build/signing workflows.
• Experience in secret management (secure storage, rotation, access control).
• Demonstrated ability to implement test automation and CI quality gates.
• Scripting skills in Bash or PowerShell.
• Strong commitment to documentation for regulated environments.
• Experience with macOS CI infrastructure (build agents, Xcode, certificates, caching).
• Advanced experience with Azure DevOps (YAML pipelines, environments) and Git workflows.
• Solid understanding of Docker and security concepts (OIDC, RBAC).
• Production experience with ArgoCD and Kubernetes (Helm, networking, deployments).
• Experience with artifact repositories (Artifactory, Nexus, Azure Artifacts) and software supply chain security (artifact signing, SBOM).

Nice to Have

• Automation with App Store Connect / Google Play Console.
• Experience with governance tools (OPA Gatekeeper, Conftest).
• Knowledge of advanced deployment strategies (Argo Rollouts, feature flags).
