Job summary
A leading DevTool SaaS company is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead infrastructure efforts. This fully remote position focuses on ensuring application performance and reliability. Candidates should have hands-on experience with bare metal and cloud infrastructure, strong Linux administration skills, and proficiency in Terraform & Ansible. - Hands-on experience building and maintaining bare metal and cloud infrastructure for production services.
- Deep Linux administration experience.
- Experience managing automated infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible or similar tools.
- Basic or ideally advanced Kubernetes knowledge.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Staff and Senior Engineers as a hands-on Engineering Manager.
- Evolve and optimize our hybrid AWS and bare metal infrastructure to securely run sandboxed code.
- Investigate customer and infrastructure problems down to packet capture and process memory level.
- Contribute to infrastructure reliability and ensure systems stay snappy for workloads.
- Collaborate with product engineers to enhance developer experience.
