We are hiring a representative who will be managing clinical trial sites to ensure patient recruitment. If you have an interest in making a positive impact on people's well-being and health, and love to engage with people during phone calls, we would like to work with you!

Your responsibilities:
  • Representing our company by being the contact person for our patients.
  • Screening patients (no sales calls, pure customer service).
  • Being part of the team, where your main task is to help doctors and patients to connect with each other.
Your profile:
  • You speak Polish (mother-tongue) and English.
  • You have worked as a Nurse, CRA, or a position in the medical field.
  • You might need to call patients and follow a strict screener.
  • You have an understanding of medical topics.
  • You have initial experience in handling customers' requests via phone and email, ideally you have even already worked in a Call Center before.
  • You are well-organized and a confident communicator with the desire to provide a first-class service to customers.
  • You can work in the morning, noon, afternoon and if necessary evening time.
