Job summary
A global automotive solutions provider is seeking an Automotive Technical Helpdesk Specialist to provide expert technical support across Europe. Candidates should possess at least 5 years of automotive experience and have fluency in English and French. The role involves resolving technical inquiries, guiding dealer technicians, and contributing to customer satisfaction. This position offers the chance to be at the forefront of automotive innovation while collaborating with internal teams and dealers.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of automotive experience, ideally in a senior dealership workshop role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics and EV, HV certification is a strong advantage.
- Experience in using diagnostic tools.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support across various systems, focusing on diagnostics and root cause analysis.
- Resolve technical inquiries from Customer Dealers and internal teams.
- Guide dealers through repair processes and ensure accurate case documentation.
