Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer.
• Very good knowledge of Python and SQL.
• Practical experience with machine learning, scikit-learn, and Git.
• Experience building, deploying, and maintaining ML models (MLOps).
• Independence, proactivity, strong analytical thinking, and clear communication skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Our Client is a fast-growing organization building modern, data- and AI-driven solutions used every day by millions of users.

The project focuses on developing scalable Machine Learning systems in areas such as optimization, pricing, recommendations, and Causal AI.

We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer who will support the development of new AI/ML products and take ownership of end-to-end model delivery.

WORK MODE 100% remote (with the possibility of occasional meetings at the office in Poznań)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing, deploying, and productionizing AI/ML solutions, including cloud deployment (Azure / GCP, Snowflake)

• Delivering models end to end, including MLOps aspects such as monitoring, automation, and maintenance

• Solving advanced predictive, optimization, and recommendation problems using modern Machine Learning methods

• Building solutions based on Causal AI and developing tools leveraging LLM engines

• Creating scalable, high-performance ML systems that support key business decisions

• Designing tools and solutions together with the Product Owner and teams of Data Scientists and Analysts, focusing on the highest-value areas

REQUIREMENTS

Must-have

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer

• Very good knowledge of Python and SQL

• Practical experience with machine learning, scikit-learn, and Git

• Experience building, deploying, and maintaining ML models (MLOps)

• Independence, proactivity, strong analytical thinking, and clear communication skills

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice-to-have

• Experience with Airflow, Bash, Terraform, CI/CD, unit testing, or A/B testing

• Knowledge of cloud environments and pipeline orchestration
