Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer.
• Very good knowledge of Python and SQL.
• Practical experience with machine learning, scikit-learn, and Git.
• Experience building, deploying, and maintaining ML models (MLOps).
• Independence, proactivity, strong analytical thinking, and clear communication skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Developing, deploying, and productionizing AI/ML solutions.
• Delivering models end to end, including MLOps aspects.
• Solving advanced predictive and optimization problems using ML methods.
• Building solutions based on Causal AI and developing tools leveraging LLM engines.
• Creating scalable ML systems supporting key business decisions.
• Designing tools collaboratively with Product Owner and Data Teams.
