Job summary

Avon is seeking a People Technology Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day running of HR systems across the region, with a focus on Workday and related platforms. You will ensure data integrity, security, and smooth operations for multiple markets and functions.

You will translate business needs into technical solutions, perform UAT, maintain documentation, and deliver training to People teams and stakeholders. A strong background in HR data and system administration is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of HR systems, data management, and system configuration.
• Experience providing user support and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of security administration and role-based permissions.
• Experience supporting system implementations, enhancements, testing, and change delivery.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to data quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate and administer Workday and other People Technology systems daily.
• Serve as the link between business and software providers for system activities.
• Provide Tier 1–2 support for Workday queries and issues.
• Maintain security, access, and GDPR/SOX compliant permissions.
• Assist configuration, testing, and deployment of system enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into Workday configurations.
• Create reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Perform UAT and validate changes in test and production environments.
