Job summary

HeadHR in Warsaw seeks a senior Workday Lead to plan, execute, and deliver complex Workday initiatives, including modules and integrations. You will act as the primary liaison between HR stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors, ensuring successful implementations.

The role requires deep Workday expertise and strong analytical, communication, and project management skills for driving HR technology programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR technology, BA, or PM with Workday HCM implementations.
• Deep functional and technical expertise across Workday HCM modules.
• Knowledge of Workday integration methods (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors) and reporting.
• Proven track record leading large Workday projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex Workday initiatives.
• Act as liaison between HR stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors.
• Architect and support Workday configurations, reports, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Workday issues as escalation point.
• Analyze HR processes in Workday and propose optimizations.
• Provide business analysis and project management support for HR programs.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to Workday changes and compliance.
