Job summary

Avon Cosmetics Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a People Service Area Specialist to ensure high-quality HR services across markets, including payroll, benefits and HR operations.

You will support transition into Shared Services, maintain data accuracy in Workday, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvements. This role requires 3+ years in HR operations, English fluency, Excel proficiency, and experience with HR systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Payroll, HR Administration, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of payroll processes and employee benefits administration.
• Experience working with HR systems, ideally Workday or another HRIS platform.
• Professional-level fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Italian language skills would be an advantage but are not essential.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating monthly payroll activities, including collecting and validating payroll inputs and collaborating with external payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
• Administering employee benefit programs and supporting employees with benefits-related queries.
• Maintaining and updating employee data in Workday and/or local HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Performing regular audits, controls, and reporting activities to support data integrity and operational excellence.
• Supporting employees with payroll and benefits-related matters, providing timely and customer-focused assistance.
• Leading and supporting the transition of assigned markets into the Shared Services model, including process mapping, system integration, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Creating, maintaining, and updating documentation, process guides, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
