Job summary

WS Audiology is seeking an HRIS Specialist to support and improve our HR Information Systems, with a primary focus on Workday HCM. You will work closely with HR, IT, and external partners to ensure smooth configuration and ongoing development across the organization.

The role involves HR process knowledge, data handling, and project support, contributing to system testing, releases, and issue resolution while driving data quality and stakeholder insights globally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HRIS or HR technology in a global organization.
• Hands-on Workday HCM experience including configuration and maintenance.
• Experience with HR reporting, data quality and HR technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and configure Workday HCM to meet business needs.
• Support HR processes reflected in the system.
• Assist with system testing, releases, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Support HR reporting and provide HR data insights.
• Participate in HRIS projects and process improvements.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, HRIS colleagues and external vendors.
