Essenti Talent is seeking a Vice President of Business Development to partner with the Chief Commercial Officer and drive the growth strategy. You will lead the US hunter team, elevate prospecting, and advance enterprise sales capabilities to expand the customer base.

You will shape organic/inorganic growth, manage multi-million-dollar opportunities, and build executive relationships across industries while ensuring disciplined pipeline management and forecasting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in leading sales/BD teams and driving growth across multiple industries.
• Extensive experience with B2B sales, warehousing or logistics knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the U.S. Business Development (hunter) organization with a focus on new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Establish disciplined prospecting cadence, pipeline management, and activity metrics to sustain opportunity creation.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations to set pricing, policies, and deal governance for profitable growth.
• Act as player-coach by engaging in customer meetings, executive presentations, and strategic account planning.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales Ops, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure onboarding and retention.
