Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive sales or commercial leadership experience.
• Extensive experience selling warehousing solutions and closing warehousing contracts.
• Experience leading hunter-focused sales organizations in logistics or related B2B industries.
• Proven ability to enter new markets and drive multi-vertical growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead US-based hunter organization with accountability for revenue growth and quota attainment.
• Establish disciplined prospecting cadence, pipeline management, and activity rigor.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops on pricing, governance, forecasting, and reporting.
• Partner with Marketing to develop demand generation and GTM materials.
