Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive sales or commercial leadership experience.
At least 5 years leading business development teams.
Extensive experience selling warehousing solutions and closing contracts.

Responsibilities

Lead US-based hunter organization with focus on new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Develop and execute growth strategies across multiple industry verticals.
Establish disciplined prospecting cadence, pipeline management, and metrics.
Ensure adherence to sales methodology, pricing policies, and deal governance.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Ops to maximize go-to-market effectiveness.
Build executive relationships and drive complex, multi-year deals.
