Job summary

BeMyGuest, a leading travel tech platform, seeks an Implementation Project Manager to oversee onboarding of attractions and activity suppliers onto the BeMyGuest booking system and distribution platform.

You will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to gather requirements, configure integrations, and ensure successful launches on the BeMyGuest platform, driving scalable supplier onboarding and project execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, implementation, onboarding, or product operations roles.
• Experience managing platform or SaaS implementation projects.
• Strong experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with technical teams or system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding projects for attractions, tours, and activity suppliers onto the BeMyGuest booking system.
• Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure suppliers go live successfully.
• Coordinate across supplier success, operations, product, engineering, and partnerships teams.
