Job summary

Capgemini Engineering, a leader in engineering services, seeks a Client Technical Support Specialist to drive onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support for clients worldwide. You will coordinate with product and service delivery teams to ensure smooth go-live and post-implementation operations.

The role requires strong problem-solving, communication skills, and experience in travel-related tech, with fluency in German and English.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years in a technical support, implementation, or client-facing technology role, with at least 5 years in the business travel and/or airline industry.
Fluent in German and English, written and spoken.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

Leading end-to-end testing and go-live sign-off for new client implementations.
Supporting customer onboarding by attending implementation calls and managing profile imports.
Providing post-implementation support until steady state is achieved and troubleshooting.
Collaborating with Product Teams to develop functionalities and test issues.
Supporting Service Delivery teams by researching and escalating issues for timely resolution.
Contributing technical insight to large-scale cross-functional projects.
Applying creative and analytical thinking to resolve complex technical issues with limited information.
