Job summary

Altimi is seeking a pragmatic Project Manager to lead an in-house custom software project in the travel/hospitality sector—from requirements to vendor selection and delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and manage scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring governance with stakeholders.

Hybrid work with regular presence at the Kołobrzeg office; strong communication in English or German is desirable to liaise with international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Led 2–3 in-house implementations of a booking-class or ERP system.
• Experience replacing legacy systems with data cleanup and partial migration.
• Experience running a vendor selection: RFP prep, offers comparison, contract negotiation.
• Experience breaking large systems into MVP-ready phases.
• Ability to communicate with operational teams and map actual workflows.
• Experience running change-control on long-duration projects (1+ year).

Responsibilities

• Document current processes with an external partner and map requirements.
• Identify shared vs. distinct processes across business units.
• Prepare the RFP, collect and compare vendor offers, select the contractor.
• Negotiate contract terms: code ownership, acceptance criteria, staged payments.
• Manage schedule and budget, report deviations.
• Run a formal change-request process with quantified time/cost impact.
• Keep leadership informed on budget and timeline effects of changes.
• Coordinate internal team work and sign off project stages.
• Manage change and user adoption.
• Document the solution.
• Maintain hybrid work schedule with regular presence at Kołobrzeg office.
