Job summary

AirHelp in Kraków is seeking a Partner Success Manager to own the partner lifecycle from late-stage sales support through activation and ongoing health. You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure smooth live integrations and scalable onboarding for OTA, TMC, and airline partners.

You’ll balance high-touch support for strategic partners with a self-service path for long-tail partners, driving activation speed, data accuracy, and healthy partnerships worldwide.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Partner Success, Partner/Solutions Engineering, Implementation, or B2B Customer Success.
• Experience with API/data‑integration products.
• Comfort reading API documentation and working with partner technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the partner lifecycle from late-stage sales support to activation and ongoing health.
• Coordinate technical and commercial readiness for live partner onboarding.
• Define and improve the standard integration playbook.
