Job summary

Amadeus is seeking a Senior Project Manager for SaaS implementation (Cytric). You will lead end-to-end deployment for global customers, coordinating cross-functional teams and guiding customers through adoption.

The role emphasizes strong communication, stakeholder management, and delivery of milestones within budgets, with opportunities to improve processes and participate in platform upgrades in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Degree in project management, business, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
• Around 5 years in project delivery or account management, ideally with global/enterprise clients.
• Knowledge of project management best practices; formal certification is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with travel or expense management tools (Cytric is a plus).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Proficiency in English and German; additional languages welcomed.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).

About the Role

Join our team to lead the delivery of Cytric Solution implementation projects for strategic customers worldwide. Your role will involve coordinating projects across teams, guiding customers through implementation, and ensuring successful adoption, while also supporting internal improvement initiatives.

Cytric is a leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for corporate travel and expense management, designed to simplify business travel and help companies optimize their processes.

In this Role, You’ll:
