Job summary

Amadeus Polska Sp. z.o.o. is seeking a Senior Project Manager for SaaS implementation in Warsaw. You will lead global Cytric solution projects, coordinating across teams, guiding customers through deployment, and ensuring adoption and satisfaction.

The role requires about 5 years in project delivery, strong communication and stakeholder management, and fluency in English and German; Cytric familiarity is a plus. A hybrid work model is offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in project management, business, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Around 5 years of project delivery or account management experience.
• Knowledge of PM best practices; formal certification is an advantage.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with travel or expense management tools is a plus (Cytric preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for global customers and integrations.
• Ensure milestones, budgets and quality meet expectations with a focus on customers.
• Collaborate with customers, internal teams, and partners for clear communication and risk management.
• Support early-phase scoping discussions and handover from presales.
• Drive internal transformation initiatives such as process improvements or upgrades.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders with progress, issues, and plans.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and best practices.

About the Role Join our team to lead the delivery of Cytric Solution implementation projects for strategic customers worldwide. Your role will involve coordinating projects across teams, guiding customers through implementation, and ensuring successful adoption, while also supporting internal improvement initiatives. Cytric is a leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for corporate travel and expense management, designed to simplify business travel and help companies optimize their processes. In this Role, You’ll:

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for global customers, including integrations with third-party systems.
• Ensure project milestones, budgets, and quality expectations are met while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with customers, internal teams, and partners to deliver clear communication and effective risk management.
• Support early-phase discussions to ensure smooth scoping and handover from presales.
• Drive internal transformation initiatives such as process improvement or platform upgrades.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, issues, and resolution plans.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and best practices.

Your Profile

• Degree in project management, business, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
• Solid experience (around 5 years) in project delivery or account management, ideally with global or enterprise clients.
• Knowledge of project management best practices; formal certification is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Familiarity with travel or expense management tools (experience with Cytric is a plus).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and German; additional languages welcomed.
• Comfortable using tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
