Job summary

Amadeus Hospitality is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Cytric SaaS implementation projects for strategic customers worldwide. You will coordinate across teams, guide customers through deployment, and ensure adoption and value realization.

The role focuses on managing milestones, budgets, and quality, while maintaining strong communication and risk management. You’ll support scoping, presales handover, and continuous improvement of implementation methodologies.

Qualifications

• Degree in PM, business or IT.
• Around 5 years in project delivery or account management.
• Familiar with travel or expense management tools; Cytric experience a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects for global customers.
• Manage milestones, budgets and quality; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate across teams and partners; ensure clear communication and risk management.
• Support presales scoping and handover.
• Drive process improvements and platform upgrades.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Contribute to implementation best practices.
