Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Poland is seeking a Client Technical Support Specialist to bridge clients, product teams and service delivery. You will oversee onboarding, implement integrations, and provide ongoing technical support to ensure successful deployment.

Fluent German and English are required along with 4+ years in technical support or implementation within travel tech, and hands-on Amadeus GDS experience. Hybrid work and extensive training are offered.

Qualifications

Fluency in German and English is required (written and spoken).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with root-cause analysis.
Experience in technical onboarding and implementation in travel tech.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end client onboarding and official go-live sign-off for new implementations.
Attend implementation calls, manage profile imports, and identify setup gaps or errors.
Provide post-implementation support until steady state is achieved and troubleshoot issues.
Collaborate with Product Teams to develop new functionalities and conduct testing.
Support Service Delivery by researching and escalating issues for timely resolution.
Contribute technical insight to large-scale cross-functional projects.
Apply creative and analytical thinking to resolve complex technical issues with limited information.
