Concentrix in Warsaw seeks a Travel Advisor for Nordic Premium Airline SAS with Danish to efficiently handle premium travel inquiries, assist with ticket purchases, and support customers via calls and chat.

You will be the first point of contact, build lasting relationships, and ensure accurate communication in Danish (C1) and English (B2). Training provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Danish (C1) and English (B2) to communicate with customers.
