Concentrix in Warsaw seeks a Travel Advisor for Nordic Premium Airline SAS with Danish language capabilities. The role focuses on handling premium travel inquiries, assisting with ticket purchases, and supporting customers through travel difficulties.

You will communicate via calls and chat, delivering accurate information with a service-driven approach. Fluency in Danish (C1) and English (B2) is required, along with strong listening, communication, and organizational skills.

Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

• Be the 1st point of contact for premium travel inquiries of customers.
• Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods.
• Support customers with travel difficulties.
• Assist passengers via calls /chat.
• Foster enduring relationships with customers for building trust.
