Concentrix in Warsaw is seeking an Airline Travel Advisor to support Nordic Premium Airline SAS customers in Danish and English. You will handle travel inquiries, assist with ticket purchases, and resolve travel difficulties, both by chat and phone, while building trust with clients.

The role requires Danish (C1) and English (B2) proficiency, strong communication, organization, and a collaborative spirit. You will work at our modern Warsaw office and participate in a fully paid 2-month training

Qualifications

• Danish language proficiency at C1 level both written and spoken.
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
