SAS is seeking a Travel Advisor to handle Nordic premium travel inquiries in English and Danish, based in Warsaw. You will guide customers through ticket purchases, payment options, and solving travel issues with a focus on accuracy and courtesy.

You will join a dynamics team in a modern Warsaw office, participate in a two-month comprehensive training, and benefit from coaching and mentoring to grow your skills in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Danish (C1) and English (B2) for customer inquiries.
• Strong customer service mindset with a collaborative spirit.
• Excellent listening and clear communication under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for premium travel inquiries.
• Assist with airline ticket purchases and payment methods.
• Support customers with travel difficulties and during disruptions.
• Interact with passengers via calls or chat.
