Concentrix is seeking a Travel Advisor for the Nordic Premium Airline SAS, focusing on Danish-speaking customers.

You will be the first point of contact for premium travel inquiries and assist with ticket purchases and payments. Based in our Warsaw office, you will support customers by phone and chat, resolve travel issues, and build trusting relationships through attentive service.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Danish (C1) and English (B2)
