Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Warsaw, Poland is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Lease Administration transitions. You will lead end-to-end projects, coordinating with Operations, Business Services, and Transition Leads to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

The role requires deep knowledge of Lease Administration processes, hands-on experience with relevant platforms, and outstanding stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Proven project management expertise delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from inception to completion.
• Deep knowledge of Lease Administration processes, systems, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Lease Administration platforms and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transition projects, managing initiation, execution, tracking, reporting and escalation.
• Partner with Operations, Business Services and Transition leads to manage governance, communications and change workstreams.
• Develop and deploy tailored change and communication strategies for each program; own planning and timelines.
• Coordinate technical and operational activities including system setups, data migrations, and quality checks.
• Facilitate high-impact meetings with internal teams and clients to align goals and drive progress.
• Identify improvement opportunities to enhance client experience, minimize risk, and improve performance.
• Build cross-team collaboration to ensure smooth handovers and knowledge sharing.
