Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Transaction Manager for the P&G account in Warsaw. The role leads end-to-end real estate transactions, coordinating with P&G Real Estate, brokers, and JLL teams to deliver timely, value-adding outcomes.

You will apply project management techniques, lead cross-functional meetings, and ensure rigorous documentation and reporting while supporting portfolio strategy and continuous improvement. Hybrid Warsaw-based role.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage complex transactions and projects across regional real estate markets.
• Strong project and programme management skills with an analytical mindset.
• Excellent numerical and data interpretation competencies.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Experience with global corporates and Europe-wide transaction backgrounds is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of real estate transactions: leases, acquisitions, dispositions.
• Define objectives with P&G at transaction start and advise throughout.
• Coordinate tasks, stakeholders, and deliverables across JLL, P&G, and external parties.
• Run the Best Broker Programme: appoint/manage brokers, set terms, monitor performance.
• Develop negotiation strategies and embed Critical Lease Terms into agreements.
• Support due diligence using market data to inform decisions.
• Prepare recommendation papers and secure approvals; perform savings/RE analysis.
• Lead status meetings and monthly cross-functional touchpoints with P&G Real Estate Managers.
• Provide portfolio/programme support: budgets, Mark to Market, KPI data; drive process improvement.
• Maintain accurate transaction records in Market App.
