Platform Transition Project Lead

Job summary

JLL in Warsaw is seeking a Project / Transition Manager to lead the Horizon platform deployment within our client-facing team. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, ensure plans stay on schedule and within budget, and act as the primary contact for stakeholders across regions.

You will set up governance, manage RAID, risks, and reports, support ProLease transitions for EMEA onboarding, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Ideal: Degree in project management with at least 3 years post-degree experience in consulting or contracting.
• Professional qualification in Project Management (Prince2, MSP, or similar).
• Experience in Financial Services.
• Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff.
• Strong PC literacy and ability to manage daily activities using various systems.
• Budget management and financial analysis skills.
• Experience using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
• Leads by example, aligning with Jones Lang LaSalle culture.
• Sets stretch targets for self and team.
• Ability to make difficult decisions and improve operations.
• Proactively seeks opportunities to achieve best results.
• Promotes open, constructive relations with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor overall project deliverables and track schedules and milestones.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed and posted to the designated repository.
• Coordinate follow-ups and documentation with stakeholders.
• Communicate project-related information to stakeholders.
• Prepare and compile project updates and presentation materials with accuracy.
• Identify and notify applicable parties of project risks.
• Support the global transition process for internal and external clients.
• Support continuous improvement when survey scores fall below target.
• Organize meetings and manage logistics.
• Assist the Manager and cooperate with Service Delivery Leads.
• Manage ProLease for EMEA onboarding and global transitions.
• Establish programs and manage licenses, queues and timesheets.
• Develop reports for business use (KPIs) and conduct trainings.
