Qualifications

• Fluent in English and German.
• 2+ years of experience in real estate, database or finance management.
• Strong MS Excel skills and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices and verify data in the lease database within deadlines.
• Resolve client document/database reporting queries with minimal supervision.
• Handle payment-related queries with landlords/suppliers.
• Review service charge reconciliations for accuracy and lease compliance.
• Prepare financial reporting and ad hoc analyses.
• Process rent payments and issue invoices to subtenants.
