Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Warsaw is seeking a seasoned Transaction Manager to lead international real estate deals, coordinating with client teams and senior leadership to execute complex transactions. The role requires strong analytical and financial modeling skills and the ability to manage multi-site projects.

You will negotiate, monitor project steps from initiation to closeout, and support portfolio strategies while mentoring junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of corporate real estate experience
• Experience managing complex multi-site transactions
• Strong written and spoken English; Polish or additional languages a plus
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Act as point of contact for Client's Real Estate team and internal stakeholders across assigned regions
• Independently manage international real estate transactions with a high level of complexity
• Coordinate, execute, and monitor all steps surrounding a transaction (initiation forms, market surveys, site tours, LOIs, lease execution, closeout)
• Conduct negotiations in line with defined strategy
• Proactively manage lease events and optimize portfolio performance
• Prepare and interpret financial templates (cash flow, NPV, IRR, P&L) to assess transaction impact
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge across the function
