Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead end-to-end client transition projects in a remote Warsaw setting, coordinating mobilization through stabilization and ensuring on-time delivery with strong stakeholder engagement.

You will drive lease administration initiatives, manage budgets and timelines, and collaborate with Operations, Transition Leads, and account teams to deliver best-in-class outcomes across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Proven project management expertise delivering complex multi-stakeholder initiatives from inception to completion.
• Deep knowledge of Lease Administration processes, systems, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience navigating operational complexities in Lease Administration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transition projects across initiation, execution, tracking and escalation.
• Partner with Operations, Business Services, and Transition Leads on governance and change management.
• Develop tailored change and communication strategies with detailed messaging frameworks.
• Own project planning and timeline management with data templates on schedule.
• Coordinate system setups, data migrations, quality checks and issue resolution.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and cross-functional alignment sessions to drive outcomes.
• Identify improvements to enhance client experience, financial performance, and reduce risk.
