Job summary

InPost in Kraków is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruiting for Tech, Data and AI teams. You’ll partner with hiring managers, shape sourcing strategies and use data to inform decisions that impact team growth and culture.

You’ll actively source candidates via LinkedIn and Boolean search, conduct structured interviews, and manage the candidate experience from first contact to offer. This is an on-site role at InPost.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in tech recruitment.
• Full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing via LinkedIn & Boolean.
• Structured interviews (STAR).
• Knowledge of tech roles (backend, frontend, cloud, data).
• Data-driven mindset and stakeholder management.
• Fluent English (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end tech recruitment processes.
• Partner with hiring managers from role definition to hire.
• Provide market insights on talent availability and compensation.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other tools.
• Conduct interviews and assess competencies and culture fit.
• Own candidate experience and recruitment data.
• Build talent pools and relationships for future needs.
• Support employer branding and represent InPost externally.
